Rebecca Koladycz
Director of Organizational Learning and Evaluation
Rebecca provides leadership to IPPF/WHR’s organizational learning and evaluation unit. She manages a team of six evaluation experts who ensure the use of data for decision-making at all levels of the organization, design projects, develop monitoring and evaluation tools, provide technical assistance to Member Associations in evaluating their programs, and communicate IPPF/WHR’s results.
Rebecca has been conducting evaluation and social research since 1993 and has been at IPPF/WHR since 2000. Her work is focused on supporting an institutional culture of using data for decision-making through self-evaluation and institutionalizing reflective learning processes.
Rebecca has lived in Texas, New York, Greece, and Norway, and has spent a lot of time working and traveling throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and Europe. She holds a Master of Social Anthropology from the University of Rochester.

What's the most amazing thing you've seen while traveling?
The experience of seeing giraffes, elephants, zebras, lions, cheetahs, and flamingos on a camping safari in Kenya and also having numerous discussions with various Kenyans about their country's political history was a visually, intellectually, and spiritually stimulating trip that really moved me beyond expectation.
