Director of Communications
With more than 15 years of experience in communications, policy, special events, and community relations, Kelly leads the development and implementation of IPPF/WHR’s communications strategy and operations.
Prior to joining IPPF/WHR, Kelly served as Director of Communications for the International Women’s Health Coalition, and oversaw communications and special events for Common Ground Community. She served as the deputy press secretary for former San Francisco Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr., and oversaw taxi and limousine operations as Acting Director of the San Francisco Taxi Commission.
Kelly graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Journalism. Her writing has appeared in RH Reality Check, AlterNet, Feministe, and Global Health Magazine.
