Isabelle Lindenmayer

Health System Strengthening Specialist

With more than ten years of experience in global health organizations, Isabelle is responsible for the development and implementation of a regional strategy to increase sexual and reproductive health services. She provides technical assistance to Member Associations and supports the development of new service lines and the expansion of existing services.

Before joining IPPF/WHR, Isabelle worked for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America running the Business Intelligence unit and establishing data-driven decision-making across the organization. She also worked at the Clinton Foundation’s Health Access Initiative supporting Ministries of Health in the development and pricing of health plans, and established the organization’s first country program in Haiti.

Isabelle has extensive experience in HIV diagnostics, care and treatment programs, and strategic program development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Yale University and a Master of International Affairs and Economics, with a concentration in Latin American Studies, from Johns Hopkins University.
