IPPF/WHR is one of the six regional offices that are part of the International Planned Parenthood Federation.  Working under the IPPF Central Office which is based in London, the six Regional Offices manage the programs at the regional level and offering technical and financial support to IPPF member associations in each country. 
 

The International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Regions (IPPF/WHR) is a network of 40 sexual and reproductive health organizations across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. Our Member Associations provide 19.4 million services each year. These range from sexuality education, contraceptive services, and prenatal care to HIV testing, abortion-related care, and screening for gender-based violence. We also act as advocates for sexual and reproductive rights at the local and international levels.

IPPF/WHR is pleased to extend a request for proposal for an external evaluator for the Joining Forces for Voice and Accountability Project. The external evaluator will conduct both a Mid-Term Review and Final Evaluation for this 5-year initiative. More detailed information on the project and the services required from the external consultant is provided in the following Scope of Work.
