IPPF/WHR is pleased to extend a request for proposal for an external evaluator for the Joining Forces for Voice and Accountability Project. The external evaluator will conduct both a Mid-Term Review and Final Evaluation for this 5-year initiative. More detailed information on the project and the services required from the external consultant is provided in the following Scope of Work.

The deadline for submitting questions regarding the RFP is October 15, 2009, and the deadline for submitting the final proposal is October 30, 2009.  Questions and proposals should be sent to Erica Allen, Evaluation Coordinator, eallen@ippfwhr.org.
