In June 2010 IPPF/WHR participated in the XVIII International AIDS Conference in Vienna. We sponsored six young people from the Latin American and Caribbean Region to attend the conference as well as participate in the Vienna YouthForce Pre-conference. The IPPF European Network (IPPF/EN) also brought a group of young advocates from their youth program, Y-SAFE, who created the above campaign, “I Love Being A Girl”. Two young people from the IPPF/WHR advocacy project, “Strengthening Young Leaders on Advocacy and HIV/AIDS” are featured in the film “I Love Being A Girl, The Movie”: LaToya Cadogan-Williams (Barbados, BFPA) and Stefanie Chriss Suclupe (Peru, INPPARES).
