The office of IPPF/WHR has launched a new stage of service expansion for legal abortion and contraceptive services based on key objectives of the Strategic Plan for 2010-2015, which fall within the Universal Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategic Area with a special focus on the integration of the safe abortion area with other areas and services.
